Kempower 600kW EV Chargers

Hub & Spoke Solution

Kempower Hub & Spoke charging hub is made up of a Power Unit (CPU) and up to eight Satellite Chargers. The Satellite Chargers are Megawatt Charging Systems (MCS) capable of delivering up to 1,200 kW of power, designed for heavy-duty vehicles like electric trucks. Kempower Hub & Spoke technology dynamically distributes power to multiple charging points, allowing it to provide both megawatt-level charging for trucks and high-power charging for cars simultaneously.

Kempower Power Module

The Kempower Power Module offers 50kW to 600kW power through its unique, scalable design. Up to twelve 50kW Power Modules can be installed in the Kempower Power Unit, with three cabinets providing up to 600 kW of total charging power. Power can be distributed in increments of 25kW via Kempower Satellite Chargers.

Kempower Power Module offers superior charging efficiency, operating with a power factor of up to 0.99.

Heliox 600kW EV Charging Hub

Heliox Hub & Spoke charging hub provides up to 600kW of power and achieves efficiency ratings up to 96%. Powering heavy-duty electric vehicles like buses and trucks, the Heliox system enables ultra-fast charging for rapid turnaround to minimise vehicle downtime. Their scalable options allow for varied charging strategies, including depot charging and opportunity charging.

600kW Ultimate Power Solution

600kW ultra-fast DC chargers provide up to 600 kilowatts of direct current power, enabling compatible vehicles to recharge in under 10 minutes.

Vital Power 600kW solutions offer modular power distribution, with customers able to add charging outlets as demand increases. This type of charging infrastructure also supports multiple vehicles charging simultaneously. Use with our Dynamic Power Management option to perfectly balance load, optimising the distribution of available power among outlets.

Pantograph

Pantograph solutions offer the ultimate in rapid bus charging. By fitting a pantograph device to the bus roof, and a charging point to the ground, electric buses can charge at bus stops and terminals, without the need for the driver to get out of the bus. At Vital EV, we can tailor your pantograph requirements through innovative cable management and down arm designs. We offer pantograph charging with speeds up to 600kW, adding up to 10 miles of range per minute.
