Station Charger
The Kempower Station Charger from Vital EV is an ultra-rapid charging station for a wide range of electric vehicles, including cars, commercial vehicles, and off-highway vehicles. The Station Charger is comprised of a cabinet, capable of holding up-to eight power modules, each rated at 50kW, providing a combined charging power of up-to 400kW. The Station Charger is available as either a single or dual port and inherits the user interface and hardware of the practical and intuitive Satellite Charger product.
The Station Charger also features Kempower’s advanced cable handling and spring support, providing reach ranges of 4 to 6 metres. Importantly, whilst the maximum outlet number on a single cabinet build is 4, the Station Charger can provide power to 2 further satellite outlets if necessary. Typically, Station Charger are built with either 1 or 2 cabinets, enabling charging speeds of between 50 and 400 kW.

The Station Charger is best utilised in drive through charging stations where small charger footprint and minimal cabling are a necessity. Charging power management can be toggled from static to dynamic dependent on your application’s needs. On static power management, each power module is routed to a specific charging cable or external Satellite post outlet. With dynamic power management, charging power is routed automatically based on a pre-programmed prioritisation schedule. Dynamic versatility offers nearly limitless possibilities for EV charging.

The Station Charger supports the most common charging standards: CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO and Type 2.
Power Modules: Scalability and redundancy
Kempower’s 40kW Power Modules are at the core of a Station Charger's capabilities. The rack-style cabinets can include between 1 and 4 power modules – driven by the application’s charging requirements. This means customers can scale their infrastructure in line with their charging requirements, managing up-front costs and commitment. Power modules also provide the Station Charger with inherent redundancy, as each power module works independently – this means if one of them malfunctions, the others keep on working.
Smart Technology
The ChargEye connectivity service ensures wireless software updates and data management. Designed for fleet operators, energy consumption, utilization rates and much more can be tracked via your Station Charger. Locally, the universal and intuitive 7” touch screen, guarantees an effortless charging experience.

Class-leading charging cable handling
Our charging cable spring support solution is developed based on real user experience. Station Charger's integrated cable handling prevents the cable from touching the ground. We can ensure that the cable won’t get dirty, wet or frozen. Advanced cable handling with spring support provides ranges from 4 to 6 meters with 5 or 7 meter charging cables.
Intuitive touch screen
The 7” touch screen and the UI guides the user through the charging process. The user experience is formed with graphic elements. The minimum amount of text means less hassle with language selection and no need for tailored translation processes.
Variety of Possibilities
We offer both Multi-Voltage and 800V versions depending on your vehicle’s drivetrain voltage. Charging power from 100kW to 400kW is available for both versions. Station Charger is also available as multivoltage (input) variant.
